Economy predictions — how much will a house cost in GTA 6?

In GTA 5, the most expensive property was like $150M. The economy was broken. I hope GTA 6 starts with more grounded prices — maybe your first apartment is $50k and you work your way up to a mansion at $5M. Properties should feel earned, not grindy.
