1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GTA 6 Directory ("the Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The service

The Site is a community directory for GTA 6 mods, servers, maps, codes, guides, news and tools. Listings are submitted by users and curated by moderators. Availability is provided as-is without warranty.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Site.

4. User submissions

By submitting a mod, server, guide, code, comment or other content you grant GTA 6 Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your contributions.

You must have the right to submit the content. Do not submit material that infringes copyright, contains malware, promotes hate or harassment, or violates any law. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All Site code, design and curated content are owned by GTA 6 Directory or its licensors. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software. The Site is a fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the Site at scale, attempt to disrupt service, reverse engineer non-public endpoints, or misrepresent your identity. Automated traffic must respect rate limits and our robots.txt.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that listed mods, servers or codes are safe, functional, or up-to-date. Use third-party content at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA 6 Directory is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or third-party content linked from it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
