1. Information we collect

When you visit GTA 6 Directory we collect minimal information needed to operate the site: anonymous analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location at country level), and - if you create an account - your email address and any profile information you choose to provide. Submitted content (mods, servers, guides, codes, comments) is associated with your account.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to run the directory: serving pages, displaying your submissions, sending account-related emails, and improving the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and a privacy-respecting analytics provider for aggregate usage stats. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (like login) will not work without them.

4. Third-party services

Embedded media (videos, screenshots from external CDNs, fonts) may set their own cookies. We use Vercel for hosting and Neon for our database; both have their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your account data at any time from your profile settings, or by emailing us. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights including the right to object to processing and the right to be forgotten.

6. Children

GTA 6 Directory is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.
