Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you use GTA 6 Directory, we collect the bare minimum information required to provide you with the service: non-identifying analytics (what pages you've viewed, your referrer, and approximate location on a country level). If you register an account, we'll store your email address and any information you decide to include in your profile. Any content you submit (mods, servers, guides, codes, comments) is linked to your account.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to power the directory: displaying pages, showing your submissions, emailing you about your account, and making improvements. We don't sell your data.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for session management (to keep you logged in) and a privacy-friendly analytics provider to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can disable cookies through your web browser settings, but certain features (such as login) will not work without them.

4. Third-party services

Third-party embedded media (videos, screenshots hosted on external CDNs, fonts) may also place their own cookies. We use Vercel for hosting and Neon for our database, and both have their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your account data anytime through your profile settings or by contacting us via email. If you are an EU/UK resident, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to be forgotten.

6. Children

The GTA 6 Directory website is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think that we have collected such information, please let us know and we will remove it.
