Vice City Downtown - Leonida's neon-soaked financial core

Welcome to Vice City Downtown, the financial and nightlife heart of GTA 6's State of Leonida. Towering skyscrapers dominate the skyline, boulevards are lined with art deco hotels, and there's always a crowd on the street, even long after midnight. It's dense, vertical and the most heavily populated area on the map - expect heavy police response to any wanted level higher than three stars, and endless luxury traffic you can boost for upgrades.

Downtown serves as the starting point for several of GTA 6's largest heist setups, such as the Leonida Plaza vault heist and the Vice City Banks rooftop infiltration. The interactive map details all safehouses, ATMs, drop-offs, and Penthouse purchase locations throughout Downtown. Toggle on the Collectibles layer to locate the 11 Hidden Packages scattered within Downtown alleys and rooftops.

Notable points of interest

  • Leonida Plaza heist vault
  • Ocean Drive nightclub strip
  • Penthouse Apartments (purchasable)
  • Vice City Banks (Heist target)

Ocean Beach - the Vice City boardwalk strip

Ocean Beach borders the east side of Vice City, featuring pastel-coloured art deco hotels, sun-bleached boardwalks and a dense restaurant strip along the waterfront. It's the second-most populated district on the GTA 6 map and serves as a hub for Vice City's nightlife and tourism industry. Car shows, beach contests and seasonal events tend to originate on Ocean Drive between the Pier and the South Marina.

The boardwalk serves as another hub for water-vehicle transportation. Jet skis, speedboats, and seaplanes spawn at both the Ocean Beach Marina and the South Pier. This provides direct transportation to the Leonida Keys and the Eastern Islands. The interactive map above lists every marina spawn, lifeguard station, and jet-ski rental location.

Notable points of interest

  • Ocean Drive boardwalk
  • South Pier jet-ski spawn
  • Ocean Beach Marina (boat access)

Leonida Keys
District15 points of interest

Leonida Keys - GTA 6's tropical island chain

The Leonida Keys comprise a series of small islands off Vice City's southeast coast - GTA 6's version of the Florida Keys. Accessible by boat, seaplane, or the Overseas Highway that runs south from Ocean Beach, each island has its own little economy: upscale fishing charters, smuggling operations, secluded luxury villas and abandoned dive sites.

Diving around the Keys boasts the deepest underwater exploration in GTA 6 - sunken ships, concealed submarine caches, and 4 of the game's 12 hidden package dive sites. The Keys also feature most of the boat-only stunt jumps, and the interactive map highlights every ramp and barrier configuration.

Notable points of interest

  • Overseas Highway entrance
  • Key West fishing village
  • Submarine wreck dive site
  • Smuggler's cove safe house
  • Seaplane dock at North Key
  • 12-island stunt-jump chain
Little Haiti

Little Haiti - Vice City's cultural quarter

Little Haiti is located north of Downtown - a densely packed, culturally unique neighbourhood filled with mural-covered buildings and street markets. There are also music venues, and Little Haiti has the most gang presence of any neighbourhood in GTA 6. It is heavily involved in the main story arc of the game and hosts multiple mission-only interiors that become available for free roam after the completion of the story.

This district contains the highest density of secret interiors in Vice City. These include backroom bars, basement recording studios, unofficial mechanics, and secret caches of weapons. Enable the Hidden Interiors layer on the interactive map to view locations that aren't marked on the in-game minimap.

Notable points of interest

  • Little Haiti street market
  • Murals & graffiti tour
  • Backroom music studio (interior)
  • Gang turf control points

Everglades Wetlands

Everglades Wetlands - GTA 6's swampland frontier

Spanning Leonida's western interior, the Everglades Wetlands consist of swampland, airboat trails, mangrove forests, and abandoned cabins. It is the largest contiguous wilderness biome in GTA 6 and contains the highest number of off-road and ATV-only paths. Wildlife is abundant (alligators, Florida panthers, herons) and active hunting will unlock rare animal pelt trading opportunities.

The Wetlands contain most of GTA 6's secret criminal activities as well: meth labs, militia camps, smuggler's runways, and the Cult of Leonida hideout. Missions in the Wetlands don't unlock until mid-game, but every airboat ramp, fishing pier and remote cabin spawn is marked on the interactive map.

Notable points of interest

Port Gellhorn - the industrial smuggling waterfront

Port Gellhorn is the industrial port on GTA 6's southwest waterfront, with shipping containers, dockyard cranes, freight rail spurs, and the densest area of warehouses on the map. It's home to both legitimate freight businesses and fronts for smuggling crews. Expect to see gameplay here centred around heists, vehicle deliveries, and warehouse takeovers.

The Port also has the heaviest spawn of commercial vehicles - tanker trucks, flatbeds, container trucks - making it ideal for vehicle-export missions. Container yards on the interactive map are marked with daily spawn times, allowing you to schedule your deliveries.
