Griefing prevention needs to be a priority

In GTA 5 Online, you couldn't do anything in freemode without some level 500 in an Oppressor MK2 blowing you up. GTA 6 needs better passive mode, insurance costs that actually deter griefers, and maybe PvE-only sessions. Griefing drove away so many players. Rockstar, please make this a priority.
