Griefing prevention needs to be a priority

In GTA 5 Online you couldn't do anything in freemode without some level 500 on an Oppressor MK2 blowing you up for fun. GTA 6 needs a better passive mode, insurance costs that actually deter griefers, and maybe PvE-only sessions. Griefing ruined GTA Online for so many players. Rockstar, please make this a priority.
