Performance mode vs quality mode — give us options

Every next-gen game has this choice now. For GTA 6, please give us: Performance (60fps, lower settings), Quality (30fps, ray tracing, max detail), and a balanced mode. Also let us toggle individual settings like motion blur and film grain. GTA 5's Enhanced Edition on PS5 did this well — keep that approach.
