Performance mode vs quality mode — give us options

Every next-gen game includes this choice nowadays. For GTA 6 please include: Performance (60fps, lower settings), Quality (30fps, ray tracing, max detail) and something in between. Also let us toggle individual settings like motion blur and film grain. GTA 5's Enhanced Edition on PS5 did a fantastic job of this - please keep that approach.
