Save system needs to be reliable from day one

Remember GTA 5 Online deleting characters in the first few weeks? Or cloud saves not syncing? GTA 6 needs redundant save systems with local AND cloud backups. A progress loss bug in the first week would be devastating for the game's reputation. This should be the most tested feature.
