Seeking heist partners — going for max payouts

Looking for 3 solid people to do heists with in GTA 6 Online. I always go for the highest payout on the hardest difficulty. Players must be willing to follow a strategy we set out, communicate, and not toss the controller after one failure. Bonus points if you have heist experience from GTA 5 Online. US East timezone preferred.
