The Everglades region is the most exciting part of the map

Everybody's talking about Vice City but I'm most excited about the Everglades/swamp area. Airboats, gators, secret drug labs in the swamp, moonshine huts - rural crime is completely new territory for GTA. It'll feel like Red Dead Redemption meets Breaking Bad. I think that area alone will be the highlight of the map.
