The wanted system needs a complete overhaul

GTA 5's wanted level system annoyed me to no end. Cops spawning out of nowhere and helicopters magically materializing at 3 stars? Nah. GTA 6 needs a realistic wanted system. Police patrol zones, respond to 911 calls from NPCs who witness crimes, and you can hide to let your stars decay. I heard they're making it line-of-sight based. What do you want from the wanted system?
