Will there be a special edition or collector's edition?

I want to pre-order the most premium edition available. Has Rockstar announced any special editions? GTA 5 had a collector's edition with a hat, bag, and blueprint map. I'd love a GTA 6 equivalent with Vice City themed stuff. Any info?
